All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

We Ship Via USPS Priority and FedEx
All shipments are sent via USPS or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions visible on the outside.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LaNugs Dispensary is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please reach out to the carrier directly if you believe your package has been mishandled.
If your package is delayed or returned to us due to address errors or carrier issues, contact us at admin@lanugs.com, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
LANUGS offers free USPS Priority shipping on orders $249.99+. You can choose shipping option at checkout in case you need your order delivered the next day.
LANUGS ships to all 50 states including PO Boxes

LANUGS can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $249.99
FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays. USPS Priority Mail also only delivers on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep, or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at cs@lanugs.com
